Rita M. Wilson, CEO, Tower MSA Partners, LLC
As CEO of Tower MSA Partners, LLC, Rita Wilson oversees all business development, sales, marketing and operational activities, IT systems development, and identifies new product offerings in support of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.
Wilson gained a wealth of expertise in information technology solutions and performance metric evaluations while holding leadership positions in pharmacy software development, pharmacy benefits management and workers’ compensation managed care companies for more than 20 years.
Prior to co-launching Tower MSA Partners in 2011, she founded and ran Select MRI, LLC, a diagnostic company, and Speedy Re-employment and Medicare Set Asides, an MSP compliance company. Previously, Wilson built out the operational and technology model for another startup, DirectCompRx, Inc., a subsidiary of Fiserv, Inc., ultimately becoming its CEO.
Before moving into the workers’ compensation industry, Wilson spent 15 years in software development for retail pharmacy and PBM serving as Director of Research and Development for QS/1 Data Systems. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC and completed graduate studies at Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. She has served in member and/or board of director capacities with the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP), the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), Health Level 7 (HL7), and the National Council of Self-Insurers (NCSI).
Wilson is a Board Member for the National Association of Medicare Set Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) where she serves as Chairman of its Communications Committee and as a member of its Data and Development Committee (DDC) and Evidence Based Medicine Committees.
Kristine M. Wilson, Esq., Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) Co-Founder, COO and General Counsel, Tower MSA Partners
Kristine M. Wilson, Esq., serves as chief legal counsel and compliance officer for Tower MSA Partners, which she co-founded in 2011. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in workers’ compensation Medicare Set Asides and stays current on changes in the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare that impact settlements. A Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant, she reviews MSAs, negotiates conditional payment liens and resolves legal obstacles to settlements. Kristine is also Tower’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and administrative management activities.
Previously, Kristine practiced law in South Florida, primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation, corporate litigation, corporate defense, and wills and estates.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating with honors and being named to the National Collegiate Athletic Association Academic All America team. Kristine received her juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar, the South Florida Bar Association and the National Association of Medicare Set-Aside Allocation Professionals. Daniel Anders, Esq., Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC)
Daniel M. Anders is the Chief Compliance Officer for Tower MSA Partners where he oversees the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program. In this position, Dan is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the MSA program and other MSP compliance services and products. Based upon his more than a decade of experience in working with employers, insurers, TPAs, attorneys and claimants, Dan provides education and consultation to Tower MSA clients on all aspects of MSP compliance.
Dan is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was formerly the Senior Vice-President of MSP Compliance for ExamWorks Clinical Solutions and has extensive litigation experience from his prior position with the Chicago law firm of Wiedner & McAuliffe.
He is a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals where he serves on the legislative committee. Mr. Anders holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University Chicago.
Hany Abdelsayed, Executive Vice President of Strategic Services
Hany Abdelsayed serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Services for Tower MSA Partners, LLC. In this capacity, Hany is responsible for sales, marketing, and account management. In addition, he works directly with the CEO and the President to improve services, and develop new products.
Hany is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of MSP Compliance and has presented before numerous organizations, carriers, and Third Party Associations. Hany has over 25 years of expertise in the Workers’ Compensation industry working in all facets of the business. His experience includes overseeing high exposure claims, investigating claims, preparing depositions and serving as an expert in court proceedings. As the National Director of Sales, Hany’s experience and reputation played an instrumental role in the success of one of the pioneer MSA allocation firms.
During the past 12 years of his career, Hany held executive roles in all aspects of Medicare compliance within the insurance space. With his knowledge and experience, he managed the development of new products and services and customized compliance programs for clients.
Hany is a former instructor with the Insurance Education Association (IEA) and was the Association’s first Medicare Set Aside instructor. Hany attended California State University, Northridge and currently resides in Northern California.
Anthony G. Segrich, Chief Technology Officer
With more than 15 years of experience in business strategy, technology, process improvement and automation initiatives, Anthony Segrich serves as Chief Technology Officer for Tower MSA Partners, LLC.
Prior to joining Tower MSA Partners, Anthony was the General Manager for the Foreclosure.com family of companies where he was key in engineering, developing and implementing process management systems for several major financial institutions. Anthony also served as Sr. BRM Architect for Savvion Software (now Progress Software) where he consulted with companies such as Pepsi North America, Pepsi International and Cingular Wireless / AT&T Analog devices on various ways to use innovative technologies and business process management to improve profitability and to empower management to make proactive business decisions based on key metrics.
Anthony holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts.
