Kristine M. Dudley, Esq., MSCC
Chief Operating Officer
Kristine M. Dudley, Esq., MSCC is the COO and Co-Founder of Tower MSA Partners. She oversees Tower’s MSP compliance program, including Medicare Set-Aside reports and submission, Medicare conditional payment resolution, and Section 111 reporting services.
Passionate about helping clients settle claims, Kristie reviews MSAs, negotiates conditional payments, monitors clinical interventions, and resolves legal obstacles to settlements. Among the many innovations she has introduced are Tower’s Physician Follow-Up service, saving clients millions on medical and prescription drug costs on CMS-approved MSAs, and Tower’s MSA 2nd Opinion service, which nearly always finds additional savings when analyzing other companies’ MSAs.
Before co-founding Tower in 2011, she practiced law in South Florida, focused on the areas of workers’ compensation, corporate litigation, and corporate defense.
Kristie earned her Juris Doctor degree at Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a tennis scholarship and played for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Academic All-America team.
Kristie is a member of the Florida Bar, the South Florida Bar Association and MSPN. She holds the Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) credential. She resides in southeast Florida and can be reached at Kristine.Dudley@TowerMSA.Com.
